I generally love traveling and moving about, seeing new places, trying out new things and what not. Although, this corona virus pandemic has really slowed down a lot of our plans this year but, for sure, once everything’s back to normal, we’re going back to traveling the world and living in each moment.
However, before traveling, there are several things to consider as we’ll be in a new city or country; and the most important thing is accommodation; basically, where you’ll stay for your trip whether it’s a business trip, vacation, school trip, whatever the case may be. And, after the pandemic is over, we have to ensure our utmost safety in wherever we’ll be accommodated.
The first thing that’ll come to our mind is booking a hotel but, hotels don’t really feel like home, do they? Sometimes we need a touch of home when we travel, and luckily, I found a solution. I recently found an amazing short-term or long-term rental property company that enables homeowners get an amazing value out of their real estate by renting their homes to us travelers. So, we get a touch of home when we travel… sweet!
The company is GuestReady. They’re an Airbnb management service operating in fourteen cities across Europe, the Middle East and Asia; which means wherever you might be traveling to, you have an option that suits your accommodation need. Their services includes listing creation (for homeowners), check-in, guest examination, housekeeping (thankfully, off our hands), laundry (ummm yes!!), and maintenance, not to mention that they work with professional housekeepers and greeters to ensure our stay is pleasant… talk about providing presented homes, multiple vacation rentals, checking us (guests) in and also cleaning! Lovely!
Actually, GuestReady isn’t just for guests alone. It’s also for homeowners so, both parties win, as they help homeowners generate income when they place their homes (or any sort of accommodation like houseboats, tents, single rooms and treehouses) on the short-term or long-term rental market for us travelers. It’s also very safe because GuestReady manages all properties under them, to ensure homeowners make their investment (homes/rentals) a source of income, as they can set their price to any amount they want. Homeowners can also give discounts per week or month and rent their homes for a certain period of time (weeks, months). Win win!
They also take the load off homeowners by taking care of all the accommodation needs; whether it involves advertising your homes, delivering the keys to guests, welcoming guest, cleaning, maintenance, etc, making the experience of each guest a luxury. Best part? Location isn’t a problem. Whether you have a vacation home in the Bordeaux, a studio in London, a loft in Paris, their management will always come through…. talk about that vacation home in Bordeaux though.
GuestReady also provides the best communication for guests, from your first contact with them to after your stay, as they provide instant response to all inquiries. You have nothing to worry about. If you also need a touch of room service whilst feeling at home, they also provide hotel-like services as they supply toiletries, hotel-grade linen, housekeepers to clean and do the laundry, property maintenance team if the need be to fix any issue (plumbing, light, etc). A touch of home and hotel service is a big “yes” for me!
My favorite thing, food is also included. GuestReady also ensures the provision of cooking space/kitchen for guests, which means you get to save some money by cooking and eating in. Unlike most places, they ensure the kitchen is fully equipped with basic necessities like stove and oven, cups and dishes, freezer, coffee and tea, pots and pans, spatula, bowls, can openers, paper towels, cooking oil, dishwasher, aluminium foil, toaster, baking supplies, etc, so you don’t end up looking for a knife or a can opener halfway into cooking your meal. Bon appetite!
There are just so many reasons to list your home/space with GuestReady and also, to contact them when you need a place to stay. The possibility is endless. I have my eyes on a beautiful home in France once I get the chance to travel; and I can’t wait. Have you found a place yet?
Reading your article helped me a lot, but I still had some doubts at the time, could I ask you for advice? Thanks.
